Insurance Membership Packages:

Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment Package (ADD) provides all of the Basic membership Benefits PLUS the ability for the member to select ADD limits between $25,000 and $250,000 on themselves with scaled down limits for all family members.

In addition, the member may elect to add Accident Medical coverage to their membership package.

Limited Medical provides all of the Basic Membership Benefits PLUS the ability for the member to select Scheduled hospital, doctor and surgical benefits that provide for basic health services.
